Parkview Avenue offers residents and visitors the most stunning vistas of Pasadena and the San Gabriel Mountains. As a neighbor and amateur photographer, walking along Parkview Avenue has long been inspiring and breathtaking. Parkviews Pop-Up is an event designed to link and support:

• Stewardship of the Arroyo Seco with a vision for generations to come;
• Developing and sustaining affordable and accessible housing.

For one week photographs taken from Parkview and the Arroyo Seco will be displayed along Parkview Avenue. Photos will be displayed each day. By juxtaposing photographs alongside actual views—You Are Here/ Usted Está Aquí—wee are asked to look again at the natural and wonderous beauty of our neighborhood and city.

Parkviews Pop-up is an effort to increase community awareness and engagement. Visitors are encouraged to support these worthwhile and important efforts.
